Delivery Information:

• Soon after you have placed the order we need good quality images of your face facing from Front Side, Back Side, Left Side & Right Side.
• On receipt of images our team will create a bobblehead face, on your approval it will be 3D printed. And your personalized 3D printed bobblehead frame is ready.
• Our team takes 7 working days for making a face from the time images are received.
• Soon after the order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number that will help you track your order.
• Once the product is dispatched it will not be possible to accept any request for product exchanges/returns.
• We will replace a product with a manufacturing defect.
• Please let us know in 12 Hours of delivery when you receive a defective product.
• Your product may be delivered prior to or after the chosen date of delivery.
• A courier product is delivered separately from other hand delivered products.
• The delivery cannot be redirected to any other address.
• Our courier partners do not call prior to delivering an order, so we recommend that you provide an address at which someone will be present to receive the package.
