Cancellation Policy

If at any time you need to cancel an order, please contact our customer care team by sending an email to care@indiagift.in. Request for cancellation of orders can be made upto 10 AM of the previous working day (from the date of delivery) in the following cities: Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, Bangalore, Patna, Chandigarh, Lucknow, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Surat, Vadodara and any other state capital city.

For all other cities Request for cancellation of order can be made up to 10 AM atleast 2 working days prior to the delivery date. You can send cancellation request at care@indiagift.in 

Note- Indiagift reserves the right not to cancel orders already in process at the local delivery point, florist, en-route or delivered. Same-day orders are processed immediately, and hence cannot be cancelled. 

Note: Working Day implies Monday- Saturday

 

Return Policy for Courier Items

All Courier items and nonperishable items can be returned in case of defective or damaged delivery. Please send the picture of the items to care@indiagift.in within 24 hours of delivery. The company will either refund the amount for the damaged goods or send a new product to the receiver.

The owner of the site retains the right to refuse any order unconditionally.

All claims are subject to the jurisdiction of Court at Gurgaon, India only.

IndiaGift may modify this agreement from time to time without giving any prior information.

If you wish to write to us a mail about any complaint/feedback, please state the Order ID and the sender name in the email to care@indiagift.in

 

Cancellation of Courier Items

Indiagift will not cancel courier items once they are processed or dispatched. 

 

Complaint filing

1. In case the customer is not happy with the products delivered, the customer needs to send an email to care@indiagift.in with the picture of the product delivered and valid reason for complaint. Without the picture of the product delivered, no complaint will be entertained. 

2. Indiagift retains the right to reject any compensation complain as per its terms and conditions. 

3. Compensation to customers could be in terms of refund (maximum upto 100% of order value), or through cash vouchers valid on our website.

 

Refund Procedure

1. Refunds will be made electronically via the same payment gateway that was used to make the payment at the time of placing the order.

2. It might take anywhere between 8-10 working days for the payment to be credited back into your account (bank or credit card or debit card account) from the day of cancellation.

 

General Rules

The owner of the site retains the right to refuse any order unconditionally.

If you wish to write to us about any dissatisfaction please state the Transaction ID, the sender and the recipient's name in the Email Form. This feedback will be used to help us to improve our customer service.
