Cancellation Policy (For Non Courier Items)
If at any time you need to cancel an order, please contact our customer care team by sending an email to [email protected]. Request for cancellation of orders can be made upto 10 AM of the previous working day from the date of delivery in the following cities:
Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, Bangalore, Patna, Chandigarh, Lucknow, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Surat, Vadodara and any other state capital city.
If a customer requests for cancellation of an order there will be a cancellation fee deductable. The said fee will be reimbursed as a Voucher credit to be used on the website.
If a customer requests for cancellation of an order after the said time there will be a cancellation fee deductable which will range from Rs 75-200 depending on order value. No voucher credit will be applicable for such cases.
For all other cities:
Request for cancellation of order can be made up to 10 AM atleast 2 working days prior to the delivery date. You can send cancellation request at [email protected].

Note - Indiagift reserves the right not to cancel orders already in process at the local delivery point, florist, en-route or delivered. Same-day orders are processed immediately, and hence cannot be cancelled.

Cancellation of Courier Items
Cancellation of orders, that have products sent by courier, is not possible. Indiagift reserves the right to refuse any such cancellation request.
Return Policy for Courier Items
All Courier items and nonperishable items can be returned in case of defective or damaged delivery. Please send the video clicked while opening the packaging of the items to [email protected] within 24 hours of delivery. The company will either refund the amount for the damaged goods or send a new product to the receiver. The discretion to give refund or redeliver the items solely lies with Indiagift.
Complaint filing
1. In case the customer is not happy with the products delivered, the customer needs to send an email to [email protected] with the picture of the product delivered and valid reason for complaint within 12 hours of receiving of the gift. Without the picture of the product delivered, no complaint will be entertained. Only complaints sent from the registered email ID(associated with that account) on the site will be entertained.
2. Indiagift retains the right to reject any compensation complain as per its terms and conditions.
3. Compensation to customers could be in terms of refund (maximum upto 100% of order value), or through cash vouchers valid on our website. The discretion to give refund or issue cash vouchers solely lies with Indiagift.
Refund Procedure
1. Refunds will be made electronically via the same payment gateway that was used to make the payment at the time of placing the order.
2. It might take upto 15 working days for the refund payment to be credited back into the customer's account (bank or credit card or debit card account) from the day of cancellation.
General Rules
The owner of the site retains the right to refuse any order unconditionally.
All claims are subject to the jurisdiction of Court at Gurgaon, India only.
IndiaGift reserves the right to modify this agreement from time to time without giving any prior information.
