Dear IndiaGift Team,
I am truly impressed by your super service, and delighted to be able to tell you so! To start off with, I just googled for some gift site information and randomly chose your site, and I am so happy i found you! I chose a basket of lilies to send to my aunt in Kolkata celebrating her 92nd birthday today and was happy to see a same-day service being offered.
But I had problems with your online payment gateways so I called your helpline and a young man called Prosenjit answered my call and was very helpful by suggesting I pay directly into your bank account and he sent me your account no via sms. Subsequently I was on sms with him over several hours of follow up as I had to add beneficiary and so on, and it was taking a lot of time. I finally managed to make payment via NEFT, sent him the transfer details and placed my order which was confirmed soon. So far so good. Imagine my consternation when I got a message soon after this that the money had been transferred back into my account for some unknown reason! I let him know the problem immediately was worried that my order would be cancelled, but no, you guys still delivered it on schedule and just made my aunt's birthday very special. She said the flowers were very fresh and very fragrant, were large and had a beautiful colour, and were presented in a lovely basket arrangement . Others who saw the arrangement said it was one of the best they had seen!
I have to commend you for a very easy to navigate website, easy order system (although the payment did not work but you offered instant help to sort it out both via phone/sms and via a web chat), the wonderful quality of your flowers and most of all, a warm and helpful service. Your help desk associates (specifically Prosenjit) were not only extremely prompt, courteous and efficient, but most of all, they are genuinely people-oriented. They understand that a gift is not only a thing but that it is a carrier of wishes and emotions for the recipient, so they just did not allow a technical glitch to spoil my gesture of love and respect for my aunt on her very special day.
Thank you very much for making this happen (an no, I wont forget to make that failed payment again tomorrow!), I really appreciate how you managed to more than fulfill my expectations about your gifting service. I will of course be telling all my family and friends about IndiaGift and wish you much success in the future.
