Required Ingredients For Strawberry Cake:
- 2 cup sifted cake flour
- ½ cup butter
- ¼ tsp. salt
- 2 ½ tsp. baking powder

- ¾ cup crushed strawberry
Strawberry Glaze:
- ½ cup crushed strawberry
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- ½ tsp. vanilla
- 2 tbsp. melted butter
Process for Making Strawberry Cake Step By Step:
- Preheat the oven at 350°
- Take a bowl and prepare a mixture of flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, take sugar, egg yolks, butter, and vanilla. Beat them together for the next 3 minutes until form a mixture.
- Now, we have to mix the mixtures prepared in step 2nd and 3rd. Also, mix the strawberry alternatively in them. Beat this strawberry, flour mixture for the next 2 minutes.
- Pour the mixture prepared in step 4th into two 8-inch round greased pans.
- Put them to preheat the oven. Bake them for the next 25-30 minutes or until cake tests are done.
- Take the cake out and put it on cooling racks so that strawberry glaze can be set on its top.
