The essence of Diwali is lighting lamps. So why not go back to the basics and light it up how our ancestors did the same. Make mud diyas <\/a>and fill them with ghee or mustard oils and use cotton wicks to light these lamps. Kids will absolutely love doing the same with you. So it will not only be a family activity but also a fun one for sure.<\/p>\n

2. Make Some Noise –<\/p>\n

If noise is what attracts you to Diwali crackers, then why not choose balloons. Blow up several balloon bunches and think of innovative games and blow those balloons.
